M & M Radiance Limited – Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1.      Full-priced items: Eligible for a full refund or exchange.

2.      Sale or clearance items: Eligible for an exchange only (no refunds).

3.      Defective items: Eligible for a refund or exchange. Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of purchase, and the item must be returned within 14 days.

Return Eligibility

1.      To qualify for a return on a full-priced item, the item must:

2.      Be unused and in its original condition.

3.      Remain sealed in its original packaging (unsealed products are not eligible for a refund).

4.      Have a receipt or proof of purchase (for in-store purchases) or an order number (for online purchases). This can be sent via email.

If an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Unsealed products are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

1.      If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

2.      If rejected, we will notify you with the reason for rejection.

Late or Missing Refunds

1.      If you haven’t received your refund yet:

3.      Contact your credit card company (processing time varies).

4.      Contact your bank (there may be a delay in processing).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at sales@mmradiance.uk and send the item to:

Shipping

1.      UK Returns: Use the provided Royal Mail returns label and affix it to the original package.

2.      International Returns: Must be pre-approved via email before sending.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Important:

1.      Products that have been unsealed or used are not eligible for a refund.

2.      All returned items must be sealed and in their original condition.
